Although we charge a modest fee to initiate the negotiations, most of our compensation is PERFORMANCE-BASED and tailored to your practice needs. We offer innovative payment arrangements, including credit card payment, and a specialized fee structure just for start-ups with limited resources.

Before we start, we’ll agree on the specific terms you’d like to see written into your lease. If we secure those terms, we’ll earn a “success fee.” For example, when we secure economic concessions, we’ll earn a small percentage of the money we save you. Although we can’t guarantee it, in almost every case we deliver our clients SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS, from tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
